You are the first point of contact for technical questions and malfunctions and ensure optimally functioning systems. From workplace management to monitoring servers and supporting users, you keep our IT environment running smoothly.

This is what you will be doing

Workplace & system management

• Manage and record software, hardware and mobile devices

• Support end users onsite and remotely

• Monitor quality of service

Support & troubleshooting

• Pick up incidents by Topdesk and resolve them independently

• Report failures to suppliers and track progress

• Determine priority and impact of incidents, escalate if necessary

Network & proactive monitoring

• Collaborating with network administrators

• Participate in monitoring dozens of servers

• Proactive action to prevent failures

• Minimum of EQF level 4 in a relevant IT field
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but starters are also welcome
• Hands-on mentality and inquisitive attitude
• Communicative strong in both Dutch and English
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune and Azure
• At least 8 consecutive years of residence in the Netherlands (for screening)
