Are you the link between IT and business?

As Functional Application Engineer, you are the driving force behind our online Service Center Portal and serve as key user of our ERP system (Isah). You translate the wishes of colleagues and customers into functional designs, test changes and keep an overview of system processes. In this independent position you work closely with management, users and external developers, and report directly to the Operations Manager.
This is what you will be doing
- Gather needs from Management, Operations, Sales and international customers
- Create functional designs and coordinate with external developers
- Implement and test system changes
- Identify and resolve errors (such as master data and status errors)
- Develop training materials and coach colleagues
- Working on a long-term roadmap and stakeholder communication
The portal is in use worldwide and essential at multiple production sites. Your input is strategically important at the management level.

What do we require?
- BSc working and thinking level
- Experience with business processes in manufacturing or logistics
- Knowledge of ERP systems (pre: Isah)
- You easily switch between technical and functional stakeholders
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
